Phase One (includes one 15 minute break):
Building the Milion-Dollar Operation

Master Practice Advisor, Dustin Cole, provides a truly unique view of how practices grow and evolve, from the sole-sole practice to the attorney with efficient, profitable legal teams serving client needs. At each level, Cole details the skill sets needed, and offers specific direction on how the effective practice must evolve from personal skills and knowledge to firmwide systems, procedures and practices which insure productivity, efficiency and quality client care.

“An inefficient, overly stressful practice is the single greatest obstacle to increased revenues,” says Cole.  “Few attorneys want to bring more business into a practice that is already overwhelmed. This program provides the nuts-and-bolts tools for building greater efficiency and capacity while actually decreasing the attorney’s workload.”

PHASE ONE TOPICS INCLUDE:
Perspectives, Focusing Your Practice, Planning and Building Your Dream Team, Managing and Leveraging the Operations, Managing the Client, and Managing Your Finances

Phase Two (includes one 15 minute break):
Building the Dream Practice Revenues

Based on Cole’s twenty-plus years of work with successful rainmakers, this program cuts through the client development maze to offer the simplest, most effective, most ethical – and least expensive–approach to increasing revenues. You’ll learn the four core principles for creating a large and continuing stream of quality referrals by developing strong, long-term relationships with good referral sources.

“The secret is actually to undo the many mis conceptions attorneys have accumulated, starting from their earliest days in law school,” says Cole. “The most effective marketing is simple, and based on personal integrity, trust and friendship. It’s about the  creation of a mutual support network, and it’s as ethical as you can get.”

PHASE TWO TOPICS INCLUDE:
The Goal of Revenue Building, Key Marketing Avenues, Personal Referral Marketing, the Four Core Principles of Personal Referral Marketing, and Implementation is King
