JANUARY 15, 2014

State Bar of Georgia Headquarters
104 Marietta St. NW • Atlanta

CLE Hours:
3 CLE Hours

About the Seminar:
Of all the elements everyone has to work with, none is more precious than time. Lawyers have invested years learning the substance of the law. Now they can invest a few hours to learn the principles of organization and time management and how to apply them every day to do more work in less time. In this intensive, fast-paced session, lawyers will learn hundreds of ideas, techniques, and strategies for managing time, projects, paper and people (including themselves). This solution-oriented session presents productivity-enhancing techniques that are practical and workable in the real world of too little time, too much paper, demanding clients, and constant challenges.

About the Speaker:
Margaret Spencer Dixon, President of Spencer Con sulting, designs and presents customized seminars and workshops on organization and time management. Ms. Dixon received her undergraduate degree in Economics cum laude from Princeton University and her J.D. from Stanford University. She is a former law clerk for Judge Cecil F. Poole, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, San Francisco. She practiced law with the Washington, D.C. firm Shaw, Pittman, Potts & Trowbridge. Ms. Dixon is the author of numerous articles on time manage-ment issues and has presented her seminars and workshops to enthusiastic audiences across the country.
