RECORDED MARCH 8, 2016

Archived Webcast

CLE Hours:
1 CLE Hours including 1 Trial Practice Hour

Featuring Michael J. Warshauer, Warshaure Law Group, P.C., Atlanta

We can't change or create real evidence, but we can improve how juries understand that evidence by the appropriate use of demonstrative evidence. This program will include a brief summary of the law relating to the use of demonstrative evidence as well as a detailed discussion about creating and using demonstrative evidence in the courtroom. Examples will be shown ranging from the simplest word illustrations to the most advanced animations and courtroom models. Each example will be used as a teaching tool to demonstrate that problem that the demonstrative evidence addresses and the process by which the demonstrative was created, tested, and then used.

Major Topics Covered: The major topics are the basic rules relating to the creation and use of demonstrative evidence from a plaintiff's point of view to prove issues relating to damages and liability.
