Basic Procedure

Make a reservation and pay for your video through our website on the Non-Credit Videotape Rental page. If the tape is temporarily unavilable, ICLE will contact you by phone. All orders are filled on a first come, first served basis.
All requests must be prepaid via credit card (Visa, MasterCard or AMEX) through our site. If the tape is temporarily unavilable, ICLE will contact you by phone. All orders are filled on a first come, first served basis.
All Non-credit rentals include one (1) set of program materials. If additional program materials are required, please visit our Publication Section to order materials (additional fee required).
If you are unable to place your order through our site, you may place your order and pre-pay using this form (link to form).

Late Return Policy

Returns must be postmarked by due date. If your return is late, a late fee of $3 per weekday will be charged to your account.
If we still have not received the video and rental sheet following a period of two weeks after the designated return date, an additional one-time fee of $50 will be automatically charged to your account, and your late fees will cap out.
